Leslie grew up in central Ohio, from 30 miles east of Columbus to the outliers of Columbus. She started diving in October 2016 to help her reach her goal of diving the Silfra in Iceland (which she has since done). Her favorite course she took was the Deep Diver course through Columbus Scuba. Her diving related goals are to dive as many countries as possible and to dive in as many conditions in possible. Oyster diving is currently at the top of her list.
