Jeff grew up on the north side of Columbus and has lived in Columbus all his life. He has always loved the water and been fascinated by everything under the surface. He finally took the plunge to become certified in 2017 while on vacation in Jamaica. Since that moment, he was hooked. He reached out to Columbus Scuba to continue his dive education and find other people who enjoyed the sport as much as he did (he’s very happy that he did, because he has found his SCUBA family). He has really enjoyed all of the courses he has taken, but if he had to pick favorites, they would be the Rescue course and the Wreck diving course. His diving related goals are to keep building on what he’s learned as a recreational diver, and to help others begin their underwater journey.
