Effective Date: December 30, 2025
These Rewards Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Columbus Scuba Inc. Rewards Program (the “Program”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
Columbus Scuba Inc. may refer to itself as “CSI” in advertising or communications; however, all Program obligations are provided by Columbus Scuba Inc.
1) Eligibility & Enrollment
Who May Join: The Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence).
How to Join: Enrollment is free for the current Program level (“Level 1”). You may enroll in-store or through any available online sign-up method provided by Columbus Scuba Inc.
One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one Program account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared.
2) Email Marketing Consent
By enrolling in the Program, you agree to receive Program-related communications and marketing emails from Columbus Scuba Inc. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time; however, unsubscribing may limit your ability to receive certain Program notices, promotions, and benefit communications. Transactional messages related to your purchases or account may still be sent.
3) Program Levels & Future Changes
At this time, the Program includes one level: Level 1 (free to join). Columbus Scuba Inc. may add, modify, or discontinue levels, benefits, qualification requirements, reward structures, or eligibility rules in the future, subject to Section 11 (“Changes to the Program”).
4) Immediate Discount Benefit (5% Off)
Upon joining the Program, members receive a 5% discount on eligible purchase totals.
Trip Exclusion: The 5% discount does not apply to trips, including but not limited to boat trips, dive trips, and other travel-related purchases.
Gift Cards/Gift Certificates: The 5% discount does not apply to the purchase of gift cards or gift certificates.
Manufacturer & Pricing Restrictions: Certain items or brands may be excluded from the 5% discount due to manufacturer pricing restrictions, including Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) policies or other vendor requirements.
Point-of-Sale Category Exclusions (DS360): Additional exclusions may apply based on how items, services, or fees are categorized in Columbus Scuba Inc.’s point-of-sale system (including DS360 category settings). If an item or service is excluded in DS360, the discount will not apply.
Member Perks & Preferred Pricing: Member perks and preferred pricing are separate Program benefits. The 5% discount may not apply to transactions already receiving discounted member pricing or other promotional pricing.
The discount applies only when the member is properly identified at checkout (e.g., by phone number, email, or account verification).
5) CSI Cash Rewards (5% Cash Rewards — Store-Only)
A. What “CSI Cash” Is
Members earn 5% CSI Cash rewards on eligible purchases.
CSI Cash is not cash. CSI Cash is a promotional rewards credit that:
has no cash value
is not redeemable for cash
cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or refunded
is redeemable only at Columbus Scuba Inc. toward eligible purchases
B. Earning CSI Cash
CSI Cash is earned on eligible purchase totals, excluding:
taxes, shipping/delivery, freight, service fees, and other non-product charges
any items or categories listed as excluded in Section 6
returns, refunds, exchanges, or canceled transactions
any additional items or categories Columbus Scuba Inc. designates as excluded
Member Discounts & Perk Pricing: CSI Cash is earned only on the final amount paid by the member after all discounts, promotions, coupons, and member perk pricing are applied. Certain discounted services or member-perk pricing may be excluded from earning CSI Cash, as determined by Columbus Scuba Inc. and/or DS360 point-of-sale category settings.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates do not earn CSI Cash at the time of purchase. However, when a gift certificate is redeemed as payment toward an eligible purchase, the amount paid using the gift certificate may earn CSI Cash, subject to all Program rules and exclusions in these Terms. This policy exists to prevent “double-dipping” (earning CSI Cash both when purchasing and when redeeming a gift certificate).
C. CSI Cash Cannot Be Used on the Same Transaction
CSI Cash may not be redeemed on the same transaction in which it is earned. It may be redeemed on future eligible purchases once issued to the member’s account.
D. Redeeming CSI Cash
CSI Cash may be redeemed on eligible purchases at Columbus Scuba Inc. at any time, subject to:
member verification at checkout
the available CSI Cash balance
category exclusions and restrictions
any promotional restrictions in effect at the time of redemption
E. No Transfers or Resale
CSI Cash is non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, gifted, or transferred to another person or account.
6) Excluded Offerings (No Earning + No Redemption)
The following categories are excluded from the Program. These categories:
do not generate CSI Cash rewards, and
CSI Cash may not be used to purchase them.
Excluded Categories (DS360 POS Categories):
Boat trips
Deposit on account
Dive trips
Freight
Marketing materials
System deposits
Travel
Vehicles (DPVs)
Rebreathers
Classes – staff registration (if applicable)
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates do not earn CSI Cash at the time of purchase. CSI Cash may be earned when a gift certificate is redeemed as payment toward an eligible purchase, subject to all Program rules and exclusions. CSI Cash may not be used to purchase gift certificates.
Category-Based Exclusions: Because the Program is configured and administered through Columbus Scuba Inc.’s point-of-sale system (including DS360 category settings), Columbus Scuba Inc. reserves the right to interpret and apply exclusions based on how items, services, fees, or transactions are categorized at the time of purchase.
7) Member Perks (Non-Guaranteed Discount Rates)
Members may receive additional benefits and preferred pricing, which may include:
Free regulator inspections when the regulator was purchased through Columbus Scuba Inc.
Discounted regulator inspections when the regulator was purchased through a third party
Discounted air and nitrox fills (banked gases only)
Discounted visual inspections
Discounted rental rates
Discounted labor rates on regulator service
Discounted BC inspection
Earning on Perk Pricing: Member perks and preferred pricing are separate benefits from CSI Cash. Eligibility for earning CSI Cash on discounted items or services may vary based on Columbus Scuba Inc. and/or DS360 point-of-sale settings.
Important Note: Specific discount rates, eligibility rules, exclusions, and service requirements may vary and are subject to change. Certain benefits may require proof of purchase or verification of equipment origin.
8) In-Store Enrollment Coupon ($20 off $200+)
Columbus Scuba Inc. may offer a $20 coupon redeemable on purchases of $200 or more (before taxes and fees) to customers who join the Program in-store.
Coupon Terms
Coupon is redeemable only by an enrolled Rewards Program member.
Coupon may be used immediately upon receiving it.
Coupon is valid on eligible purchases of $200 or more (pre-tax, pre-fee).
Coupon has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.
Coupon cannot be transferred, sold, duplicated, or replaced if lost.
One coupon per member unless otherwise stated.
Coupon may not be combined with other coupons or promotional offers unless explicitly permitted by Columbus Scuba Inc.
Additional exclusions may apply based on brand restrictions, promotional restrictions, excluded categories, or DS360 category settings.
Columbus Scuba Inc. reserves the right to modify or discontinue this coupon promotion at any time.
9) Returns, Refunds, and CSI Cash Adjustments
If a purchase is returned, refunded, exchanged, or canceled:
any CSI Cash earned on that transaction may be reversed or deducted from the member’s CSI Cash balance
any CSI Cash redeemed on the transaction may be deducted or reinstated, at Columbus Scuba Inc.’s discretion
if an adjustment results in a negative CSI Cash balance, future CSI Cash earnings may be applied to offset the balance
10) Account Use, Fraud, and Termination
Columbus Scuba Inc. may suspend or terminate a member’s participation in the Program if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the member:
violated these Terms
engaged in fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity
provided false enrollment information
misused CSI Cash, coupons, or Program benefits
Upon termination, any unredeemed CSI Cash and Program benefits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
11) Changes to the Program
Columbus Scuba Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, its benefits, earning rates, redemption rules, exclusions, and these Terms at any time, with or without notice, unless prohibited by law.
Changes may include:
adding tiers or levels
changing earning and redemption rules
changing discount rates, perks, or eligibility rules
updating excluded categories
updates caused by DS360 POS category configurations
Continued participation after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
